Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope. Chaffee County Habitat for Humanity is an affiliate of HABITAT FOR HUMANITY INTERNATIONAL. Habitat for Humanity was founded on the conviction that every man, woman, and child should have a simple, decent, affordable place to live in dignity & safety.

Chaffee County Habitat for Humanity works toward our vision by building strength, stability, and self-reliance in partnership with families in need of decent and affordable housing. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Homeowners are selected according to need, ability to pay, and willingness to partner with Habitat. Small grants, the generosity of our local community, and mortgage payments from local Habitat homes fund this worthwhile effort.  Donate Today!
