Volunteers needed for Ark Valley Helping Hands (AVHH) Summer Service Day (SUSD), July 30.
The actual outreach part of SUSD will take place from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and will provide services to 15-20 member households across Chaffee County. Volunteer opportunities include exterior window washing, debris cleanup.
AVHH will host a free picnic in the Salida area for all event registrants.
Additional details about the 8 a.m. meeting spot, service assignments and picnic location will be shared with event registrants at a later time.
