Volunteer: Volunteer Grant Research AssistantCanopy Foundation is seeking one or two motivated volunteers who are interested in learning about grant research, proposal development, and nonprofit funding strategy. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in how community projects are funded, from identifying prospective funders to understanding proposal structure, budgets, reporting requirements, and impact measurement. The volunteer will assist with researching local, regional, and national grant opportunities; organizing funder information; tracking deadlines; and supporting basic drafting or editing of proposal content. No prior grant experience is required, just effective writing skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
