Check-In & Welcome Team volunteers help create a smooth and welcoming arrival experience for nonprofit leaders and community partners from across the Arkansas River Valley. Volunteers will assist with greeting attendees, checking registrations, distributing name tags and materials, answering basic questions, and helping direct participants to sessions and meeting spaces.
If you enjoy meeting new people, staying organized, and helping events run seamlessly, this is a great role for you.
What to expect:

Standing and greeting guests for most of your shift

Light administrative tasks (alphabetical lists, name tags, materials distribution)

Answering general event questions and helping with wayfinding

Working alongside CCCF staff and fellow volunteers
