BV Made is looking for passionate, mission-driven individuals to join our board and help shape the future of our rural makerspace. Each board member plays a vital role in guiding our growth, supporting our operations, and ensuring our impact reaches as many people as possible.
Ideal for: Connectors who have strong ties in the local community or experience working with public agencies.
Estimated Time Commitment: 3-5 hours/month
Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with local leaders, government officials, schools, and civic organizations. Represent the makerspace at community events and local forums. Advocate for the makerspace in regional planning and development efforts.Help us align our offerings with local needs and opportunities.
