The Central Colorado Conservancy is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to help support and strengthen our volunteer program—particularly around community events and outreach. This role will focus on preparing and supporting volunteers who represent the Conservancy at public events such as farmers markets, community gatherings, and educational events. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, organizing details, and helping others feel confident and prepared.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and communicate with volunteers for upcoming events

Help orient and prepare volunteers for tabling and outreach opportunities

Utilize and build upon existing training materials and talking points

Serve as a point of contact for volunteers before and during events

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized and reliable

Comfortable guiding or supporting others
