Event Overview: Back by popular demand! The Chaffee County Community Foundation (CCCF) is teaming up with KHEN 106.9 FM for our annual ChaffeeGIVES Day “KHEN Takeover.”
From 8 AM to 3 PM, CCCF will highlight local nonprofits and their ChaffeeGIVES campaigns through live radio and Facebook Live segments every 15 minutes.
We need friendly, reliable volunteers to help the event run smoothly throughout the day!
Tasks include:
- Assisting with Facebook Live recordings and social media setup
- Greeting guests and nonprofit reps as they arrive at the studio
- Coordinating timing and texting participants who are running late
- Helping maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere on-site
