Set-Up Crew volunteers play an important behind-the-scenes role in preparing the Chaffee County Fairgrounds to welcome more than 80 nonprofit and community leaders. This shift includes all aspects of event preparation — setting up tables and chairs, arranging workshop rooms, placing signage, organizing registration materials, assisting with light décor, and helping ensure everything is ready for a smooth start.
If you enjoy being part of a team, staying active, and seeing a space transform before an event begins, this is a great fit.
What to expect:
