Salida Theater Project (STP) is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to help organize and connect volunteers with upcoming theater productions.
STP produces 4–5 shows each year, and each production offers opportunities for community members to get involved — from set building and painting to event support and production help. We currently have a list of interested volunteers and are looking for someone who can help coordinate these efforts so no one slips through the cracks.
About the Role
The Volunteer Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for volunteers and help match people with opportunities as productions come up throughout the year.
What the Volunteer Coordinator Would Do

Communicate with volunteers who are interested in helping with STP productions

Coordinate volunteer needs for upcoming shows (set painting, build days, production support, etc.)

Send out volunteer calls when specific help is needed for a show

Help organize schedules or workdays for volunteer projects

Work with STP leadership to identify volunteer roles for each production
