FIBArk Recycling Volunteers

For the first time ever, GARNA will facilitate event recycling during FIBArk weekend in Salida, CO. Volunteers can fill 2-4 hour shifts, and will be given free entry to the park and events during their volunteer shift. Volunteer duties include educating about recycling and local recycling efforts, surveying about recycling, monitoring bins to prevent contamination, and emptying bins into the recycling roll-off. The Friday evening shifts will also require trash duties (cleaning park, bagging and hauling to dumpster). The Friday evening shifts help GARNA earn funding by providing trash help, to offset the costs of recycling.  Feel free to sign up for multiple shifts, and enjoy the music and events while educating about recycling!
