Transplanting seedlings into the field 6/5/24

The field is almost ready for planting! TJ spread the fertilizer today, the irrigation pipes will be set out Thursday (thank you to those volunteers!) so we're ready for the #15,000 broccoli and #7,500 cabbage seedlings in the field! We'll need 12 folks each day from 7:50-11am on 6/3 to 6/7, Monday through Friday, to handle the seedlings and to use the transplant machine. This is a great time to really participate in the progress at the beginning of the season. Please bring a water bottle and wear a hat. Need to be able to stand in the field for 3 hours. Our field is on Hwy 291 across from the Scanga Meat sign. Thank you in advance for your help! See you on the farm!
